Cancellation policy


All cancellations and reschedules must be done atleast 48 hours prior to your booked appointment time. Please include your full name and the time of your booked appointment to your text or email when cancelling.

Appointments cancelled late (within less than 48 hours to your booked appointment) will be charged 75% of the full price of the service. Same day cancellations as well as failure to show up at the booked appointment (no shows) will be charged 100% of the full price of the service.

According to our late policy, in case you are late 15 minutes or more will be considered a no-show and charged as such (full price of the booked service). The company is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur from a client being noticeably late, such as not being able to fully complete the booked service.

In case of sudden sickness, the appointment can be rescheduled once without a fee. The rescheduled appointment may not be cancelled or rescheduled without a fee according to our cancellation policies.

Warranty Policy


We offer a five day warranty for lashes done at GlamBar. The warranty includes situations where there is noticeable fallout of the lash extensions (around 50% from both eyes) without your natural lash, within the first five days. In case of noticeable fallout within the first couple of days, please get in touch with us via email or text message. Be sure to include photos of your lashes in your message. The warranty fill must be done within a week from your initial appointment, and will be offered once per client. 


The warranty does not include: 

  • Fallout outside of the lash technicians control (pregnancy and breastfeeding, some medications and illnesses, noticeable watering of the eyes during the service etc...)
  • The first infill at GlamBar if lashes done elsewhere
  • Improper after care or not washing your lashes with the correct products
  • Fallout that comes from picking your lashes

We cannot fill over previous work that has been done incorrectly. In case the lashes have not been done correctly, they need to be removed first.
